I don't just design products, I build what makes good design possible

Hi, I'm Eka, a Product Design Lead who's spent the last 7+ years turning complex problems into products people actually want to use. I started as a company's first designer. No team, no process, no playbook. So I built all three, and along the way, I discovered something. Whether you're looking for a design leader, a product partner, or someone to shape your brand from the ground up, you're in the right place.

What's in My Toolkit

Professional Experience

Joined as Gokomodo's first and only designer. No team, no process, no design system. Built everything from scratch. Over four years, grew into a leadership role while simultaneously growing the team from 1 to 8 across product designers and graphic designers. Led design across five product verticals, including a loyalty platform that has grown to 60,000+ members.

I collaborated closely with Project Managers and Developer teams to create a diverse range of cross-media projects, focusing on UI/UX design for B2C, B2B companies, and government entities. My process involved conducting thorough user research to understand client goals, creating both low-fidelity and high-fidelity designs, and conducting testing to ensure the final results align seamlessly with client objectives.

I actively engage with business users and project managers to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. I create actionable insights for dashboard field campaign monitoring, problem reports, and warranty products for heavy equipment units across both web and mobile platforms.
